This delectable kale, grape, and pistachio salad is a real winner!
2 cups seedless grapes
6 cups of finely chopped Kale leaves
2 cups of finely chopped red cabbage
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup toasted pistachios
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Now that we are done with all the chopping, shell the pistachios, and eat a handful before taking a picture.
Pour all of your produce and pistachios in a bowl and get ready to prepare the dressing!
Add wet ingredients into a bowl with salt and pepper, whisk together, and toss into salad until all produce is evenly coated.
