Homemade popsicles are the perfect treat for a warm Spring day. These strawberry, mint, and chocolate drizzled pops are a guilt free, low calorie snack that you will want to share with all your loved ones.
Nutrition Facts per serving:
6 g Carbs
1 g Fat
1 g Protein
5 g sugar
1.5 cups of Fresh or Frozen strawberries (The sweeter the berry, the better!)
0.5 cups Fresh mint
2 oz. dark chocolate
Too much deliciousness in one picture! Organic strawberries, sweetened dark chocolate, and fresh mint.
Blend strawberries and mint with water. If you want a super flavorful popsicle, use as little water as possible until you have a consistency you can pour into your popsicle molds. Fresh strawberries require much less water, but I used organic frozen berries for this recipe.

Fill your popsicle molds, and enjoy the fresh mint aroma. This is almost as great as tasting the finished product.
More mint, because I love it so much! Cover your molds and place them in the freezer for 4-6 hours.
Drizzle your fully frozen popsicles with sweetened dark chocolate and enjoy!
