Eat Your Vegetables...on a Pizza

There are some things that are so easy to prepare, a toddler can whip up the recipe. Pizza doesn't always have to be sinful! This is a pizza you can enjoy guilt free any day of the week, low calorie and loaded with vitamins from a plethora fresh veggies. 


Nutrition Facts per pizza: 

211 Kcal 

25 g Carbs

8 g Fat 

10 g Protein 

5 g Sugar 




1 Whole Grain Tortilla 

1 Tbsp Tomato Basil Sauce 

1/4 cup Low-sodium Mozzarella Cheese


Cherry Tomatoes 



Green Peppers 


The more veggies you add, the better!


A little mess maker indeed, but messy pizza is the best kind! 

 A foodie always has to start with a picture of the ingredients. 

 Who doesn't appreciate a simple and delicious meal? 


 Let's add some cheese...


 Now for the veggies...

 and more veggies...


Top the pizza with some more mozzarella cheese. 

 Repeat and make a second pizza to share! 


Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F until the whole grain tortilla is lightly toasted, slice, and enjoy!
