Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Minced Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Two cups of fresh mushrooms, a whole head of cauliflower (sliced), and whole cherry tomatoes.
Seasoned to taste, drizzled with olive oil, and sprinkled with fresh parsley! Roast for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F. Enjoy! XO
