A Roasted Veggie Favorite

I love how easy and flavorful this roasted veggies recipe is. It's so simple that a short and sweet post is more than appropriate. 




Cherry Tomatoes 


Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Italian Seasoning 

Minced Garlic 

Fresh Minced Parsley 

Salt & Pepper




Two cups of fresh mushrooms, a whole head of cauliflower (sliced), and whole cherry tomatoes. 

 Seasoned to taste, drizzled with olive oil, and sprinkled with fresh parsley! Roast for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F. Enjoy! XO
